Can I try ekko for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create 3 posts per month with full access to ekko's voice-preserving AI, LinkedIn-optimized formatting, and branded image studio. No credit card required.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
What happens to my Profile Brain if I downgrade?
Your Profile Brain stays intact. It retains all the learning from your past posts. If you upgrade again later, it picks up right where it left off, no retraining needed.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If ekko isn't the right fit, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Is there a limit to how many posts I can schedule?
Your plan determines how many posts you can generate per month. Once generated, you can schedule them however you'd like within LinkedIn's posting limits (typically 1 post per day recommended).
Can I use ekko for multiple LinkedIn accounts?
Yes. The Pro Creator plan includes 5 brand profiles, and the Growth plan includes 10. Each profile gets its own dedicated Profile Brain trained on that account's unique voice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing.
Is my data secure?
